Ridgebrook Real Estate
The Summerlin village of Ridgebrook is the smallest village to date, spanning a mere 100 acres. Construction commenced back in 2001 and only resale properties are now available. Ridgebrook is located off Desert Inn Road abutting the I215 Beltway in zip code 89135, making getting around the valley easy for residents.
