There are currently two neighborhoods of homes available in the Mesa. The Prada Del Sol neighborhood by Pageantry Homes will feature brand new homes later this year. The Ladera neighborhood is a collaboration of three builders (Richmond American Homes, KB Home & Engles Homes) offering four unique neighborhoods: Ladera Crest, Ladera Ridge, Ladera Canyon and Ladera Terrace designed in a contemporary desert architectural style. Ladera residents also enjoy their own private neighborhood park and pool area in addition to the other community amenities. The Mesa is also home to the new state of the art Bishop Gorman Catholic high school.
