This community of condominiums is located in the Arbors Village of the master planned community of Summerlin in NorthWest Las Vegas (zip 89144). Construction started on the community in 2000 and was completed in 2002 by Westmark Homes. In addition to the amenities of the Arbors, residents enjoy a wide range of shopping, dining and recreational options in keeping with a more maintenance free lifestyle.

Amber Ridge condos range between 1,236 square feet up to 1,691 square feet. There are two and three bedrooms condos in the community and all condominiums have either a one or two car garage.
