Wainscoting - a term used to describe a wood or tile covering of an interior wall, usually from a third to half of the wall is covered.

Walk-through - a final physical inspection of the property by the buyer prior to closing to make sure the property is in the same condition, any agreed upon repairs have been completed and nothing has been removed from the property.

Warranty - a guarantee against a possible failure of the property and its equipment.

Wear and Tear - a term used to describe normal damage done to a property through every-day use.

Weather Stripping - the material used around door and windows to create an air tight seal to prevent air from escaping.

Weep Hole - an intentional hole created to allow water to drain.
