Off-Street Parking - Designated parking spaces that aren't located on public streets but are associated with a particular building or other structure.
Old Termite Activity - Damage to the wood structure showing indications of past termite activity, where no termites are currently active.
On-Site Improvements - Amenities or other Buildings or structures that are built on a piece of property and contribute to its value. A swimming pool or permanent storage facility for example.
