Torino
This is the smallest floor plan in the Ceilo series at Ardiente. It has a total of 1,812 square feet and has two bedrooms and two baths. The plan features plenty of open space with a huge great room/dining room area adjacent to the kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen features a pantry, plenty of counter space and an island with breakfast bar. The second bedroom has a walkin-closet and private entrance to the second bathroom. The master bathroom features dual vanities, oversize tub and a walk-in closet. The plan also has a den, laundry room with a utility sink and a courtyard entrance.
Torino Floor Plan Options
The Torino plan has a variety of different options. Owners can elect to choose one of two types of backyard patios, the addition of a fireplace in the great room, the removal of the wall separating the toilet from the rest of the master bathroom and to have the den converted into a third bedroom.
