Cordoba - Aventura Series
This is probably my favorite floor plan in the Aventura series. As with the other plans available, it is a two bedroom, two bath home but that's where the similarities end. Upon entering the Cordoba, you immediately notice the open space. The living room, dining room and kitchen are designed to maximize the space, with the area revolving around the kitchen island and breakfast bar, making it a great space for entertaining or just relaxing. Other plan highlights include his and her walk-in closets in the master bedroom, the kitchen pantry, den and the additional sink in the laundry room.
Cordoba Options
There are several options available from Centex for this plan. You may add a door from the second bedroom into the adjacent bathroom and add side door out from the two car garage. As with other plans in this series, you may also convert the back patio into a sun room.
In addition, you may elect to have the den converted into a third bedroom.
