Stallion Mountain Real Estate

Stallion Mountain Las Vegas is a master planned golf course community located just off of East Flamingo, adjacent to Sunrise Manor.  Home choices in Stallion Mountain will feature new construction from Pulte Homes, or resales in the existing communities of the Links, the Enclave, the Fairways and Greens.  Stallion Mountain condos are also available in the Blackhorse condominium complex and age restricted homes in Solera.

Stallion Mountain Homes

Stallion Mountain features five unique neighborhoods of new and existing homes and condominiums.  The Links is the only neighborhood in Stallion Mountain that has its own common areas.  HOA fees are roughly $115 per month.  The Links amenities include a pool, clubhouse, spa, exercise room and front yard landscaping maintenance.

The new homes from Pulte are three to four bedroom models.  The Stallion Mountain Country Club golf course actually surrounds the community, unlike any other golf course community in Las Vegas or Henderson.
