This beautiful guard gated community is located on E Tropicana Boulevard, just past Boulder Highway in zip code 89122. Residents enjoy the security of a guard gated entrace, roving security patrols, a community park with tennis courts and close proximity to the Sam Boyd Silver Bowl. The community is about a 10 minute drive from Henderson and about five minutes from the I95 freeway. Most of the homes in the neighborhood were built in the mid 1990's.

Palm Gardens Homes

Homes in the community are on good size lots, giving home owners plenty of space to put in a pool and spa (which some home owners have already done). The average home size is just over 2,000 square feet (single story) with four bedroom and three baths. All homes have a two bay attached garage and the backyards are separated by cinderblock fencing. The community has wide streets with plenty of street parking and speed bumps to keep residents and their guests from speeding in the community.
