Recreation at Mountain's Edge 

Mountain's Edge has some of nicest, most innovative parks in Las Vegas. Over 500 acres has been set aside for parks in the master plan. The crown jewel of the Mountain's Edge park system is the Western themed Exploration park. It encompasses walking trails, a desert demonstration garden, outdoor amphitheater and western town. Exploration park had its grand opening in May of 2007.

Upon its completion of the park system, Mountains Edge  will offer 0ver 500 acres of  parks, walking trail, picnic areas, a performing arts center, tennis complex, two multi-use parks, a skate park and two baseball diamonds. In addition, some of the Mountain's Edge parks will be themed and many communities will feature additional recreational amenities.
