Las Vegas Appreciation Rates
The above picture shows the appreciation rate of exisiting homes between the years 2004 and 2005. This was during the peak of the real estate boom in the valle, which will account for the large appreciation numbers in several zip codes. Some reporting is a little skewed due to high value properties (like zip 89109) being added, like the high rise properties on the Las Vegas strip.
