Verge is the newest mixed-use project to hit the downtown area in Las Vegas.  The project will be located on the corner of Main street and Bonanza, just minutes from the Fremont Street Experience and Cashman Field and Convention Center.  Verge residents will also enjoy easy freeway access to I95 and I15, both are located just minutes from the project.

Green Lofts

Verge is being built as a LEED qualified project, using the latest standards and materials of building "green".  The building will feature multi-level sub terrain parking with two levels of commercial parking and another gated level with security for residents.  The building will feature 30,000 square feet of commercial space on the first floor.  Verge lofts will range in size from 596 square feet up to 4,123.  Studios, one, two and three bedroom lofts plus Penthouses are available for sale.  There are a total of 296 units.

Deposits are $2,000 and checks should be made out to Silver State Title. Call 702-493-8033 to place a deposit on a Verge loft.
