Rancho Lake Condos

Rancho Lake is an entry level condominium complex located near Rancho and Lake Mead (across from Texas Station). The community was completed in 2004 and features 300 units. Residents enjoy easy access to nearby dining, entertainment and shopping.

The community offers the standard amenities you would expect, a nice pool, spa, etc. Condo floor plans range from 649 to 1,097 square feet and were targeted at first time buyers looking to move in without a lot of frills. The HOA fee is about $122 a month. There are one, two and three bedroom condos in the complex and resales are usually available. If you are looking for a newer condo community on the northwest side of town, they are worth a look. The common areas have been well maintained and feature green belts and desert landscaping.
