Palma

Palma is the only single bedroom floor plan available at Promenada, as well as one of only two handicap accessible plans being offered. The plan offers a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, spacious kitchen, living room, breakfast bar and dining area.   The bathroom features dual vanities, oversized tub, shower stall and linen closet with a separate area to house the stacked washer/dryer.  The plan also comes with a built-in computer desk and private 78 square foot balcony (or patio).  Plans on floors one and two are 828 square feet and 833 square feet on the upper floors.

Palma HCA

As you can see, the differences between the two plans are very subtle. The HCA version offers all of the comforts of the standard Palma plan, but incorporates a few design changes to make navigating the interior of unit a lot easy for a disabled person. The door from the master bedroom to the balcony has been removed and the stacked washer/dryer has been replaced with standard units. The closet has been moved in order to widen the space and has been placed on the opposite wall.  As with the standard plan, the square footage will vary slightly depending on the its floor location.
