This two story floor plan is available in the Montebello 90s and La Piazza 90s neighborhoods in Tuscany.  The plan offers a spacious 2,638 square feet with a choice of three exterior design options.  The first floor house the living space: the family room, an island kitchen, formal dining, a den and a three car (tandem) garage.  As an option, the family room on the ground floor can be extended.

The second story houses the three bedrooms, two baths, a laundry room and a loft. Both bathrooms have dual vanities and third bedroom has a walk-in closest. The master bath has a garden tub, separate shower stall and a walk-in closet.  The plan also features a private balcony off of the master bedroom.
