Inspirada Real Estate

The master planned community Inspirada, formerly known as South Edge, will encompass 1,940 acres south of the Henderson Executive airport. The community will have roughly 11,500 housing units at build out.  Several top builders will be involved in the project, including Toll Brothers, Beazer, Focus Group Property, KB Home, Kimball Hill, Meritage Homes, Pardee and Woodside homes.  Services will be integrated into the community by the builders, including fire and police stations, community parks, schools and new roadways.  Inspirada will be comprised of eight villages of roughly 200 acres each, with more intimate neighborhoods inside.

In the middle of the Inspirada community will be a 300 acre town center that will feature commercial districts as well as residential, including the possibility of high density housing.  Inspirada will feature several different distinct home "styles", including Village homes, Estate homes, Garden homes, City homes, Mansion and live/work homes.  The community is designed to encourage activity and freedom.  Each of Inspirada's neighborhoods are close knit without walls allowing pedestrians to walk to their destination.  Each neighborhood is built around a community park and recreation center.
