Coronado Ranch Homes 

The master planned community of Coronado Ranch is home to several neighborhoods of single family homes and townhomes. The community offers gated and traditional neighborhoods, many with their own community amenities. Several builders participated in the community, including American West, Carinao Homes, Astoria and Pacific Southwest Development. Each neighborhood has its own unique style and design. The community is located off of Rainbow Boulevard and the I215 beltway, adjacent to Nevada Trails.

Potential residents have a choice of several single family neighborhoods of homes and townhomes. Here is a breakdown of the neighborhoods in Coronado Ranch: 

The Resort at Coronado Ranch offers flats and townhouses. The community has its own addition amenities including a 24 hour guard gated entrance, pool, spa, fitness center and concierge services.

Paseo homes come in five different floorplans ranging from 1,148 sf to 2,009 sf.

Heritage has homes with five single and two story floorplans ranging from 1,165 sf to 1,853 sf. Homes have two or three bedrooms with a two car garage and were built in 2007 or 2008. Depending on the floor plan, some homes have an island kitchen, game room and/or study.

Lamplight Square is a gated community with a resident's clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness facilities and children's playground. The neighborhood offers four two story home designs ranging from 1,509 to 2,150 square feet. The community's homes were built between 2003 and 2004. Lot sizes range from 2,600 to 4,300 square feet. Homes have three or four bedrooms and a two car garage, with some floor plans having the master bedroom on the ground floor.

Pinnacle has ten single and two story floor plans from 1,800 to 5,400 square feet. This gated community was built in 2004. Homes come with up to six bedrooms with a three car garage. Some plans have a basement and lots range in size between approximately 9,000 sq ft and a quarter acre.

Tradition has four two story floor plans from 2,222 to 2,727 square feet. Homes have four or five bedrooms and 2-car garages. Most homes were built in 2007 and 2008. Some of the features offered (on a per plan basis) are a game room, libray, study and island kitchen.

Astoria at Coronado Ranch has two story homes ranging from approximately 1,150 sq ft up to 1,655 sq ft. Most homes were built in 2004 and 2005 and offer two to four and a one or two car garage depending on the plan.

Bronco has two story homes ranging from approximately 1,125 sq ft to 1,275 sq ft. Most homes were built in 2004 and 2005 and offer two or three bedrooms with a single car garage.

Kingsbridge is a newer neighborhood in Coronado Ranch with most homes built in 2007 and 2008. The community offers two and three story floor plans ranging from approximately 1,485 to 2,545 square feet. Homes have three to five bedrooms with a two car garage. Depending on the plan, homes features include a game room, study, master suite retreat, great room, balcony, island kitchen and a bedroom or master bedroom downstairs. 

Lamplight Gardens is a gorgeous neighborhood offering its residents a community center and swimming pool. The homes were built between 2004 and 2006. The homes are all two story designs with two or three bedrooms and a single car garage. Sizes range from approximately 1,310 to 1,400 square feet. 

Promontory is a newer neighborhood with most homes built in 2007 and 2008. The neighborhood has single story and two story homes with three to six bedrooms and a two or three car garage. Some highlights of the homes depending on the floor plan are a library, game room, loft, island kitchen, master suite fireplace, grand entry, bedroom downstairs and a den. Homes range from approximately 1,800 to 3,275 square feet.

Woodbridge homes were built in 2007 and 2008. The community offers two and three story homes ranging from approximately 3,435 to 4,770 square feet. Some floor plans come feature an elevator, library, dry bar, fireplaces, game room, dual master suite, study, coffered ceilings and ground floor bedroom. Homes have from four to six bedrooms and three car garages.
