Boulder City Age Restricted Retirement Community

Lake Mountain Estates is the only age restricted, retirement community in Boulder City. Many of these manufactured homes have nice  views of Lake Mead and some are on oversized lots. The major benefit with this particular community is that  the home owners own their land. Many lots also have RV parking and/or oversized covered parking for RV's and boats. Community amenities include a community center and swimming pool.

The association fee is very low, only $20.00 a month. The community has a total of 353 manufactured homes. If you want an adult living community in Boulder City, this is only one. Boulder City is located 20 minutes away from Las Vegas and is a non-gaming community.  Resale opportunities in this development are usually scarce, so please feel free to contact me for available properties.
