The community consists of one story, single family homes built in the Spanish style motiff. All of the Regatta Pointe homes were built with a two car garage and are arranged in cul-de-sacs so there is very little traffic. Resales within the community are fairly steady, with a few homes for sale at any given time. The community is well maintained and has nice wide streets with plenty of parking. Because of the community design, there is very little street traffic.
